Shipping policy

We want to make your shopping experience as simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please make sure you enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your product is dispatched we cannot alter the address, and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate for us to resend. 

Please note that we endeavour to ship your goods within 24 hours of receiving your order. We do not ship on weekends or on public holidays, so any orders placed on a Friday afternoon/Saturday/Sunday will go out early the following week.

Once your items have been shipped, they become your property and responsibility. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is your responsibility to liaise with New Zealand Post or the shipping agent responsible. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.

Shipping to New Zealand

      • FREE SHIPPING on all NZ orders over $149. To qualify for free shipping you must spend $149 or more in a single transaction after discounts are applied.
      • Orders under $149 are charged at a flat rate of $8.95.
      • Rural addresses should tick the option of Rural delivery and will be charged at a flat rate $12.95. 
      • For New Zealand, please allow at least 2-7 working days for delivery on stocked items.

Shipping to Australia

      • FREE SHIPPING on all Australian orders over $249. To qualify for free shipping you must spend $249 or more in a single transaction after discounts are applied. 
      • Orders under $249 are charged at a flat rate of NZ $19.95.
      • All orders to Australia are sent via tracked shipping. 
      • For Australia, please allow 5-15 working days for delivery on stocked items.
      • DHL Express shipping is also available with live rates at check out.

Shipping costs to countries outside of New Zealand vary greatly depending on the shipment destination and the weight of the parcel. Please proceed to checkout to see the shipping cost relevant to you.

For international orders, please allow 7-21 business days for delivery on stocked items. Certain destinations may take longer.

For most countries we can provide tracking numbers upon request. But there are certain countries that we are able to receive tracking numbers for.

Please note Little Gatherer has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination, for which you will be liable for.
