Little Gatherer want you to be happy with your purchase!

So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour or size or you are unhappy with it in anyway, we can either offer you a store credit or a refund (excluding shipping costs) based on the circumstances of your purchase.

Returns/Exchanges


For full priced items we offer a full refund or store credit (whatever suits you best) For items purchased on sale (except Final Sale) we offer a store credit only. This can be done within 14 days of receiving the product (7 days for sale items).
We do not accept online exchanges sorry. If an item does not suit or is the wrong size and you wish to exchange it, we recommend purchasing the new item to secure it first before returning the original for a refund, Sale items will be issued a store credit.

  • All tags and packaging must be attached and intact (including shoeboxes).
  • All items must be in original unworn condition.
  • We cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, earrings and skincare for hygiene/health and safety reasons.

Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange the return of the products to us. Please pack your items carefully so the product and the original packaging does not get damaged in transit. We highly recommend you use a track and trace service as Little Gatherer does not take responsibility for the package whilst in transit.

Returning Sale Items

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds on sale items. They will be accepted for store credit within 7 days of receiving the items. We do not accept online exchanges sorry. If an item does not suit or is the wrong size and you wish to exchange it, we recommend purchasing the new item to secure it first before returning the original item, Sale items will be issued a store credit.
Items reduced with FINAL SALE are final and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Faulty

We ask you to contact us via email at info@littlegatherer.com with evidence of proof of purchase and photos of the fault. We can usually make an assessment from the photo, however in some instances we may need to organise for the item to be returned for further assessment. If we think it is a manufacturing defect we will need to make contact with our supplier. If our supplier cannot fix or replace the item, then we will be able to give you a refund providing they establish that there is indeed a manufacturing fault with the item. If the supplier considers the item not faulty then we will need to send the item back to you at your cost.
If the item has been damaged or lost in transit we will endeavour to replace or refund this item as soon as the courier company has sent the investigation to claims. We will keep you updated through this process
Please make sure that you have a proof of purchase and have followed care instructions.

Exclusions Apply
  • We cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, earrings and skincare for hygiene/health and safety reasons.
  • Items reduced with FINAL SALE are final and cannot be returned.
  • All returns are at the discretion of Little Gatherer.

How do I return my items?

Please pack you items carefully so the product and the original packaging does not get damaged in transit. We highly recommend you use a track and trace service as Little Gatherer do not take responsibility for the package whilst in transit.
Items can be returned in store or via tracked courier to the below address. Please ensure you have printed and filled out the online Returns Form, you can download this here. This needs to be sent back with your items.
