Our Olli Ella order is due to be with us early December. As soon as the stock is with us we will get your lovely order on its way.

Please note that any in-stock orders that are placed with pre-orders will be held aside and posted together once the pre-orders have arrived and are ready to ship. If you are wanting your in-stock items to be shipped immediately, please order in a different transaction to your pre-order.

·      Bag Charm hair and plush suit is made from polyester.

·      Interior stuffing is hypoallergenic polyfill.

·      Cozy charms have a rainbow embroidered over their heart.

·      Keychain is removable and made from eco-friendly gold plating

·      Due to small parts, this Cozy Bag Charm is only suitable for ages 3+

Product care:

Doll: Spot clean, or for a gentle machine wash - remove the keychain and place the doll inside a small laundry bag. Wash on a cold, delicate cycle with mild detergent. Lay flat in the shade to dry.

A: No, due to small parts, our Cozy Bag Charms are only suitable for children aged 3 and up. Olli Ella recommends adult supervision for younger children during play.

Q: Can their outfits be removed?

A: No, Lamby Pip’s outfit is part of the design.
