Chocolate Christmas Crunch

Chase away the Christmas Grinch with this delicious Christmas Crunch from Julie Cavanagh of The Style Aesthetic...
"Christmas for me is all about creating magical moments for my children that they will remember forever. In the lead up to Christmas we do lots of festive activities and then spend time together and with our families over Christmas.
I love to create Christmas treats with the kids for shared school lunches and edible gifts. This Christmas crunch is the easiest dish to throw together!" - Jules

250 grams Whittakers milk chocolate

¼ cup dried cranberries

¼ cup shelled pistachios

¾ cup rice bubbles

Gently melt the chocolate and mix in the cranberries, pistachios and rice bubbles.

Spread into a greased 15cm x 27 cm dish and pop into the fridge to set.

Once set remove, from the fridge and cut into pieces then sprinkle with icing sugar.

*Double the mixture for a thicker slice!
